Phone Consultations

Although it is preferable that the initial consultation be in person, we recognize that a face-to-face meeting is not always possible, especially if the prospective client lives or works out-of-state or is incarcerated. In such cases, other arrangements can be made for the initial consultation, including an after-hours phone consultation or a jail consultation. Office and phone consultations are $250 for up to one hour. Jail consultations are $500 for up to one hour. A credit card is required to schedule a consultation. No refunds are given for cancellations or no-shows.
